A safer space starts with clear standards.

SajPe Chat prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation in every form. You can report concerns directly to our company without creating an account.

01Our published standards

SajPe Chat, operated by MK Tech IT Solution Private Limited, is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) are strictly prohibited across accounts, profiles, messages, media, groups, channels, status updates, calls and meetings.

This prohibition includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, exploitation, sexual extortion of a child and conduct that facilitates these harms. It also covers manipulated or artificially generated exploitative material. A private group, encrypted feature or administrator role does not make this conduct acceptable.

02Report a concern

Our child-safety contact is contact@mktechitsolution.com. Use the subject “Child safety — SajPe Chat”. You can also contact SajPe Help from the app to report an account or content.

Provide the relevant account/channel identifier or link, approximate date/time and a short description. Do not download, forward or attach suspected illegal abuse material to an ordinary email. We can arrange appropriate handling when additional information is needed. Never include a password, PIN or OTP.

If there is immediate danger, contact the relevant local emergency service or competent law-enforcement authority directly. A report to SajPe is not an emergency-service call.

03How concerns are handled

We assess reports and may restrict content or accounts, suspend access, preserve relevant evidence and take other steps appropriate to the circumstances and applicable law. We cooperate with competent authorities and make reports required by applicable child-safety law. We do not promise continuous inspection of every private conversation or instant handling of every report.

If we learn that someone under 18 has an account, we may restrict that account and review associated personal data under our Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements. Adults must not use the service to contact, exploit or endanger children.

The company contact above is also the point of contact for official child-safety communications. Information supplied in a report is processed for investigation, safety, legal obligations and handling the request.
