A shared space. A clear agreement.

Be 18 or older, use an account you are entitled to use, respect other people and share only content you have permission to share. Your mandatory legal rights remain protected.

01The service and your agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SajPe Chat, including its Android app, website, messages, calls, groups, channels, meetings, status updates and support features. The service is provided by MK Tech IT Solution Private Limited, with the contact details shown below.

By creating an account and accepting these Terms, or by continuing to use the service after an applicable acceptance notice, you agree to follow these Terms and our published safety standards. The Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information; accepting these Terms does not waive privacy rights or replace consent where a separate permission is required.

02Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you. The service is not intended for children. We may limit availability by country, account status or supported device.

Use a mobile number, email address and linked identity that you are entitled to use. Provide accurate registration details and do not impersonate another person or business. Some verification messages require a working WhatsApp account; optional email OTP requires an email already verified for the relevant account and an enabled delivery service.

Protect your PIN, password, email access and device. Do not share OTPs or sell, rent or transfer an account without our permission. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Available security controls and device-session restrictions may change; a new sign-in can revoke an older session.

03Using messages, calls and other features

Use the service lawfully, with the permissions required for the people and content involved. Device permissions are requested for relevant features. Denying a permission may prevent that feature from working while other features remain available.

Internet connectivity, operating-system settings and third-party delivery systems can affect messages, calls, notifications and history recovery. Delivery indicators are not a guarantee that someone has personally read a message. Calls are internet-based communications and are not a replacement for emergency services; contact your local emergency number directly in an emergency.

Choose recipients and audiences carefully. Public posts may reach a wider audience, invitations may be forwarded and recipients may retain copies. Obtain permission before sharing another person’s location, contact details, images, voice, copyrighted material or confidential information.

04Your content and our limited licence

You retain the rights you hold in content you upload or share. You are responsible for having the rights, consent and authority needed to provide that content and to allow us to operate the requested service.

You give MK Tech IT Solution Private Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, reproduce, transmit, deliver, format and otherwise process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and maintain SajPe Chat, implement your sharing choices, support authorized recovery and meet legal obligations. This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us or authorize unrelated advertising use.

The licence lasts while the relevant processing is needed, including lawful retention and delivery to recipients. Deletion does not remove copies other participants already hold. If you report content, we may process the information you supply to investigate and respond to the report.

05Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use SajPe Chat for unlawful activity, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, account theft, impersonation, unsolicited bulk messaging, unauthorized scraping or attempts to bypass access controls, rate limits or another person’s privacy settings.

Threats, targeted harassment, stalking, doxxing, exploitation, hateful attacks, incitement to violence, terrorist support, non-consensual intimate material and content that infringes privacy or intellectual-property rights are prohibited. Do not trade illegal goods or services or use the platform to facilitate harm.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation are strictly prohibited, including abuse material, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking and content that facilitates or normalizes such conduct. This prohibition also applies to artificially generated or manipulated depictions where unlawful or exploitative. Do not upload or forward suspected illegal material to a support inbox; report relevant account/link information instead.

Do not disrupt calls or meetings, secretly capture people where consent is legally required, publish another person’s private information without authority, misuse invitations or evade a ban. Administrator permissions do not authorize conduct prohibited by these Terms.

06Groups, channels and moderation

Group owners and authorized members can use only the permissions granted to them. Channel owners control subscriber and administrator permissions, which can include posting, media, adding subscribers and joining by link. Invitations can be disabled, replaced or limited by capacity and other access checks.

Owners and administrators are responsible for the settings and management decisions they make. They must not falsely imply that a user-created group or channel is endorsed by SajPe. Removing someone from a group, channel or meeting does not erase copies of content already shared with them.

We may investigate reports and apply proportionate measures such as limiting a feature, restricting content, suspending an account, preserving evidence or ending access where necessary to address a breach, safety issue or legal obligation. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the action and provide a way to seek review by contacting us.

07Reporting abuse and safety concerns

Use the available block/privacy controls to stop unwanted contact. Report harmful content, accounts, channels or safety concerns through SajPe Help or contact@mktechitsolution.com. Include the account or channel identifier, link, approximate time and a concise description. Do not include passwords, PINs or OTPs.

For suspected child exploitation, use the subject “Child safety — SajPe Chat”. If someone faces an immediate threat, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service as well. We may need additional context to investigate; we do not promise continuous review of every private conversation or an immediate response to every report.

Our Child safety standards provide additional reporting guidance. We may cooperate with competent authorities as required by law. Intentionally false or abusive reports may themselves lead to appropriate restrictions.

08Encryption, recovery and third-party services

Security features are described in the Privacy Policy and relevant feature notices. The current account-managed recovery system can store encrypted recovery keys on our server and can recover eligible history after authorized login. Do not assume that every part of the service is device-only end-to-end encrypted or that we are technically unable to recover content.

History recovery depends on available keys, supported content and account access. No promise is made that all deleted, expired or previously unrecoverable content can be restored. Protect any export or backup you choose to create; copies outside the service are under the control of whoever holds them.

Google sign-in, WhatsApp verification, email delivery, push notifications, meeting infrastructure and external links may involve third-party providers with separate terms. We do not control third-party outages, account restrictions or their independent services. They do not endorse SajPe merely because an integration is available.

09Our software and intellectual property

The SajPe name, branding, software, interface and other materials owned or licensed by us remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service as permitted by these Terms.

Do not copy or commercially redistribute our branding or software without permission, create a misleading imitation, remove ownership notices or interfere with the service. Any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted, including rights under an applicable open-source licence, are unaffected. Contact us with a rights complaint and enough information to identify the material and your authority.

10Charges and availability

Your mobile, internet, roaming or third-party provider may charge for connectivity or its own services. If we introduce a paid SajPe feature, its price, renewal conditions and any applicable cancellation/refund terms will be shown before purchase. These Terms do not authorize an undisclosed subscription charge.

We may improve or change features, perform maintenance or withdraw an unsupported feature. We aim to give reasonable notice of a material change where practical, except where urgent security, safety or legal reasons require action sooner.

11Closing your account or ending access

You may stop using SajPe Chat and request account closure/deletion at any time using the in-app Account settings or the public Account deletion page. Uninstalling the application does not by itself close an account or erase server-held information.

The current account-closing flow deactivates/de-identifies the account, revokes sessions, removes profile/sign-in credentials and removes group memberships. Some shared content and associated records can remain. You may request review/deletion of associated personal data through the external deletion contact; lawful retention and recipient-held copies are explained in the Privacy Policy.

We may restrict or end access for a serious or repeated breach, a genuine security risk or a legal requirement. Obligations relating to lawful retention, existing rights, valid complaints and disputes can continue after access ends.

12Service limitations and your legal rights

We take reasonable care in providing the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, perfect security, delivery of every notification or the accuracy and conduct of other users. User-created content does not become our advice or endorsement merely because it is available through the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by your misuse of the service. This does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections, or excuse fraud or other conduct for which exclusion is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms takes away a non-waivable consumer, privacy or other statutory right. Where local law gives you stronger protection than a provision in these Terms, that mandatory protection applies.

13Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory protections and rights available to you in the country where you ordinarily reside. We ask that you first contact us so we can try to resolve a concern informally, without limiting any right to approach a regulator or court.

Where legally permitted, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Rajasthan, India. This does not require a consumer to give up a jurisdiction or remedy that applicable law makes available to them. We do not impose a mandatory arbitration waiver through this page.

14Changes and contact details

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or law. The version/date are shown above. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice, and renewed acceptance will be requested where required. If you do not agree, you can stop using the service and use the account-deletion options.
