Your controls

Your account. Your choice.

Uninstalling does not delete an account. You can use the web account controls or send a deletion request directly to our company—an app installation is not required.

01Request deletion outside the app

Email contact@mktechitsolution.com with the subject “SajPe Chat account and data deletion request”. Include your registered mobile number with country code, a contact email where we can reach you, and whether you want to close the account, delete associated personal data, or both.

We will verify ownership through an appropriate secure method before acting. You do not need to reinstall the app. Do not send your password, PIN, OTP, full contact list or unnecessary identity documents. We will explain any additional information that is necessary and respond within applicable legal time limits.

02Use the in-app or web controls

  1. Sign in to SajPe Chat using an available verification method.
  2. Open You → Account → Delete account.
  3. Complete the displayed ownership check, type your account number and confirm the deletion action.

The web button above opens the same account controls after sign-in where supported. Sending a request by email is available if you cannot sign in or no longer have the application.

03What closure removes—and what can remain

The current account-closing action deactivates and de-identifies the account, revokes active sessions, removes profile/sign-in credentials and removes the account from groups. This is different from immediately erasing every associated record.

People you contacted can keep their copies of shared messages and media. Some conversation, group/channel, operational, recovery, security and compliance records may remain. Ask us to review associated personal-data deletion through the request above. We assess what can be removed or anonymized, explain any legitimate retention requirement and preserve other people’s rights.

Diagnostic logs ordinarily rotate over approximately 14–30 days; this is not a universal retention period for all account data. Records needed for security investigations, legal obligations or resolving a request may be retained for the relevant purpose. See the Privacy Policy retention section for details.

No deletion is performed merely by opening this page or clicking an email link. Ownership verification and the appropriate confirmation are required.
